Last May 29, the 6th VP Choice Awards gathered some of the most celebrated names in media and entertainment. Among the shining stars of the night was Generation Pagod, proudly nominated for Best Podcast of the Year!
Alongside beloved shows like Papa Dudut Stories, The Bare It All Podcast, Podcast ni Kenti, Barangay Love Stories Podcast, and Skypodcast, Generation Pagod stood tall—representing the voice of every hardworking dreamer who’s just a little tired but still keeps going.
Ryan Tresplacios, one of the show’s vibrant hosts, graced the red carpet and shared his gratitude:
“It’s a pleasure and a big opportunity for us to be nominated. I’m so happy to be representing Gen P. We’re so hopeful that we get the award, but to be nominated alongside these great podcasters—we’re very grateful already. And on behalf of Eryka and the whole Gen Ps’, salamat Village Pipol for nominating us!”
While they didn’t take home the trophy, Generation Pagod has already won the hearts of their loyal listeners—the “Gen Ps”—those who feel exhausted yet continue to hustle, love, and laugh through life. Their message remains the same: Pagod ka man, laban lang.
