The provinces of Cagayan – including Tuguegarao City – and Isabela declared a state of calamity amid widespread flooding that inundated many areas for three weeks now due to Typhoons Pepito, Quinta, Siony, Tonyo, Ulysses and Super Typhoon Rolly.

As of today, they have raised a total of Php 303,927.11 and have provided ready to eat meals to 2,020 residents and have distributed relief packs to 473 families in the affected areas.
