BlogaTeam Celebrates 10th Anniversary in Da Nang, Vietnam!

Blogapalooza recently celebrated its 10th year anniversary with a different kind of Team Engagement Activity (TEA)! Qualified BlogaTeam, were selected to join an all-expense-paid company trip to Central Vietnam from April 30 - May 3, 2025. This trip served as a special recognition and reward for BlogaTeam's contributions and efforts in fulfilling the #BetterBloga mission (#Dasurve!). 

The BlogaTeam was incredibly grateful for this trip, which highlighted the company's care and appreciation for its employees. Celebrating this milestone 10th year in Da Nang, Vietnam, made it even more special.

“I’m grateful to be celebrating with BlogaTeam,” shared Ms. Ace Gapuz, CEO of Blogapalooza. “This was always a dream of mine, and I am very happy that I was able to achieve this. It really is a milestone for Blogapalooza. Never in my mind did I expect to experience this with the team. But with the hard work and perseverance of each of the team members, we were able to celebrate our 10th year anniversary—together, in another country.”

And what better way to celebrate than by making memories together? Wild  bamboo boat spins to late-night laughs, spontaneous shopping finds, and views that stopped us in our tracks, every moment in Da Nang felt like a big, warm hug for the BlogaTeam. Here’s a quick look back at the highlights from each day of our unforgettable trip.

Day 1: Touchdown + Pho for the Soul

We landed in Da Nang at night, a little sleepy but very excited. First stop: dinner. And what better way to kick things off than with a hot bowl of pho? Simple, comforting, and just what we needed to prep for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Wild Bamboo Rides & Lantern Wishes

We hit the ground running on Day 2! First up: Cam Thanh Village, where we tried the famous bamboo basket boats. Yes, the spinning ones. Yes, we screamed and laughed like kids.

Then it was off to the beautiful town of Hoi An. Cobblestone streets, vintage vibes, and cute shops everywhere—it felt like we were in a movie set. But the best part? Our lantern moment by the river. Just like in Tangled, we whispered our wishes, released our lanterns, and watched them float into the night. It was magical.

Day 3: Cable Cars, Golden Bridge & River Cruise

We took to the skies (well, kind of) on Day 3 with a cable car ride up to Ba Na Hills. The view? Breathtaking. Up there, we explored the Old French Villas and of course, took all the selfies at the iconic Golden Bridge (hello, giant hands!).

That evening, we cruised along the Han River and saw Da Nang’s city lights sparkle by night. Good music, great company, and a breeze that made us wish time would slow down.

Day 4: One Last Stroll + Souvenir Haul

Our final day was chill but still full of heart. We explored the city, grabbed souvenirs at Han Market (shoutout to everyone who bartered like a pro!), and took in those last few hours before flying back to Manila.

More than just a company trip, this was Blogapalooza’s way of saying, “We see you, and we appreciate you.” It showed us that in this company, hard work doesn’t go unnoticed—and that celebrating wins together is just as important as working hard to achieve them.
