February was extra special for the BlogaTeam as they celebrated FebTEA—their Team Engagement Activity! And it was an absolute blast from start to finish.
The event kicked off with a town hall session where each department shared their wins, challenges, and game plans for the months ahead. But before diving into the updates, everyone got their energy levels up with an exciting energizer activity—the perfect wake-up call!
Growth, Learning, and Celebrations 🎉
One of the highlights of the HR report was hearing from Pia, the newly promoted JR Events Manager. He took center stage to share his inspiring journey at Bloga—from his hiring to regularization and now his well-earned promotion. It was a great reminder that growth opportunities are endless within the organization.
In the spirit of continuous learning, Aly, Bianca, Aira, and RD shared key takeaways from an exclusive HR training focused on leadership, coaching, and mentoring. These insights are already being applied across the team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to professional development.
At Bloga, every win—big or small—is celebrated. The town hall ended with team members cheering each other on, embodying the #BetterBloga spirit.
Love, Laughter, and Team Bonding 💖
Following the town hall, the TEA (Team Engagement Activity) segment brought even more excitement. Since it was also Valentine’s season, everyone received simple yet thoughtful gifts from Bloga.
The bonding activities kicked off with Song Roulette, a friendly singing contest where teams went head-to-head, revealing some hidden vocal superstars.
Next was I Love B—a game that put teamwork and coordination to the test. It was all about strategy, quick thinking, and plenty of laughter. Seeing everyone come together and collaborate reinforced the importance of unity within the team.
Wrapping Up with Heartfelt Conversations 💙
To conclude the event on a meaningful note, a Mental Health Activity was held—a close forum where team members opened up, listened, and supported one another. It provided a safe space to share personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs, fostering a sense of trust and encouragement.
According to Ara Abesamis, Account Manager at Blogapalooza, "This was my favorite TEA because, beyond the fun and competitive activities, the Mental Health Exercise was truly impactful. We answered deep, personal questions—our inner fears, how we see ourselves, unresolved traumas, and messages we would give our younger selves. It was a safe space where we could open up without fear of judgment. Blogapalooza has created an environment that encourages trust, allowing us to be vulnerable and support one another. It made me reflect on how I can better connect with my teammates, inspire them, and understand their love languages. Sharing these personal moments meant so much to me because it showed the trust we have within our team. I can see that this is really a #BetterBloga."
